When the production batches of the membrane materials are different, the color difference of the membrane structure may appear;

In addition, even if the same batch of membrane materials has a relatively large amount of membrane structure, and the construction period of the membrane material device is longer, it may also cause the color difference of the membrane materials. The occasional chromatic aberration in the membrane structure is normal, but we still have to deal with it. So how to better solve this problem?

First of all, we must determine whether the brand and model of the film with color difference are consistent, which requires the supplier to provide formal certification materials;

Secondly, send the sample membrane material to a third-party organization for testing to check whether the quality of the membrane material is up to standard. Under the condition that the above two points are okay, the film with chromatic aberration can generally return to a uniform color after a period of sun exposure.

In fact, even for different types of PTFE membrane materials, after sufficient exposure time, their color will be white and uniform. Therefore, after the chromatic aberration occurs in your membrane structure, just wait patiently and the color will return to the same. If you want to speed up this process, you can use the sun lamp for continuous illumination.
