PTFE membrane material is made by coating polytetrafluoroethylene resin on ultra-fine glass fiber fabric. The fabric substrate of the PTFE membrane material is glass fiber. The diameter of the fiber should be in the range of 3.30 to 4.05 μm, and the weight should be greater than 150 g / m. The thickness of the PTFE membrane material should be greater than 0.5mm. Widely used in large public facilities: roof systems of stadiums, airport halls, exhibition centers, platforms, etc.
Material characteristics:
1. The biggest feature of PTFE membrane is its high strength. The thickness of medium-strength PTFE membrane is only 0.8mm, but its tensile strength has reached the level of steel; and its elastic modulus is low, which is beneficial for the membrane to form a complex curved shape ;
2. Wide operating temperature range, can be used in the temperature range of -70 ℃ ~ 230 ℃, good durability, fire and flame resistance, good self-cleaning, and is not affected by ultraviolet light. It is a Class A non-combustible material.
3. With unique optical properties, the incident light becomes natural warm light during the day, preventing glare, no shadows, and uniform light distribution; almost no ultraviolet transmission, preventing the fading of internal decoration materials and equipment; the high reflection performance at night makes the room have Excellent lighting effect, reduce power consumption, and can highlight the splendor of buildings in the night sky;
4. Good self-cleaning, rainwater can wash away the attachments on the surface;
5. With high light transmittance, the light transmittance is 13%, the heat energy reflectivity is 73%, and the heat absorption is small;
6. Has good chemical stability, very good corrosion resistance, acid resistance, so the membrane is difficult to age and has an extraordinary service life.
7. It is called permanent membrane with a service life of more than 25 years and more than 50 years.
