3. The construction unit shall organize the supervision unit, design unit, construction unit and other units that need to participate in the acceptance in accordance with relevant regulations, and conduct joint inspections in accordance with the design requirements and relevant acceptance specifications and standards of the state or ministries, industries, and enterprises.

Fourth, on-site inspection content
1. Steel structure manufacturing, installation inspection
Check and evaluate the manufacture and installation of steel structures in accordance with relevant acceptance specifications and standards, such as: cutting status, cutting accuracy; drilling perception; welding seam perception, welding slag removal; high-strength bolting, final screwing; bolting Structural appearance; painting condition, look and feel; temporary structure dismantling or processing situation, etc.
2. Installation inspection of steel cables
Check whether the steel cable protective sleeve or anticorrosive coating has obvious damage; whether there is obvious damage at the seal where the cable body is connected to the anchorage; whether the anchorage anticorrosive coating has obvious damage. Whether the adjustable cable is adjusted in place.
3. Installation inspection of membrane unit
Check whether the boundary of the membrane unit and the connection of the membrane unit node with the accessories or related components are correct, whether the fixture is installed in place, and whether there are any omissions.
The membrane unit should not have large area wrinkles, and the area and total number of wrinkles of local wrinkles should meet the requirements of relevant standards.
The appearance of the membrane unit should be free from obvious dirt and stains. The stickers and scratches used in the production process should be removed and cleaned up. The membrane unit is locally contaminated due to transportation and installation. The area and degree of pollution should meet the requirements of relevant standards .
4. Inspection of membrane structure system
The geometry of the membrane structure system should be fully measured with a total station. Compared with the geometry in the prestressed state in the design document, the error should be controlled within the allowable range specified by the relevant standards.
The amount of displacement to check whether the application of pretension is in place and the deviation value of displacement should be controlled within the allowable range specified by the relevant standards. The use of a membrane surface stress tester or a simple method can be used to assist in determining whether the membrane unit pretension is applied in place.
The appearance and shape of the system should meet the design requirements.
Drainage slope, the drainage slope of the membrane structure system should meet the design requirements and use function requirements.
For roof waterproofing, check whether there is water leakage on the roof through methods such as rain observation or water spray test.
5. After passing the acceptance, fill in the "Completion Acceptance Certificate of Membrane Structure Project", and all parties participating in the acceptance shall sign and seal it.
6. The project manager is responsible for sorting out a complete set of original as-built data, and submits it to the person in charge of the construction scope. After inspection, it is confirmed that there are no unclear or defective cases, and it is submitted to the archives of the construction unit for archiving.
VII. The project manager is responsible for submitting the original complete acceptance data of the membrane structure project to the construction unit, supervision unit, Party A and other units that should be contracted according to relevant regulations, and complete the handover procedures with Party A.
