These methods can improve the self-cleaning property of PVC film materials, especially the PVF film (fluorinated ethylene) pasted on the surface can greatly improve the self-cleaning and anti-aging properties of the film material. In addition, in recent years, using titanium oxide photocatalyst surface treatment technology, a titanium dioxide film material with strong self-cleaning and decontaminating effect has been developed.
In addition, the degree of surface pollution of the membrane material also has a great relationship with the tilt angle of the roof. Generally, the larger the angle between the roof and the horizontal plane, the more easily it becomes dirty. If the inclination angle is in the range of 0 ° ~ 45 °, it is not easy to produce rain marks. When the inclination angle exceeds 65 °, rain marks will appear. Generally, the side of the membrane structure is mostly 90 °, and it is difficult to avoid rain marks during use. The evaluation of the self-cleaning property of the film structure parking shed film material is to perform outdoor exposure test on the film material, and then use a spectrophotometer to measure the visible light reflectance of the film material before and after exposure, using the obtained color difference (△ E) to Evaluate. The smaller the color difference is, the better the self-cleaning property is.
