First, the coating is PTFE resin. Because PTFE has water repellency, oil repellency, non-adhesive properties, it is not easy to attach dirt, and the surface friction of PTFE is very small, and the attached dirt will be washed away by rainwater automatically. Of course, depending on the site used and the shape of the structure, it sometimes becomes dirty. However, in general, PTFE membrane materials have strong self-cleaning properties, and can generally remain white for many years.



Second, the coating is made of PVC resin. As the plastic resin in the PVC resin will move to the surface of the film material with the long service life, it will stick to the dirt in the air and rain to make the surface dirty. It is difficult to clean things. and so. General PVC film material will become dirty after 3-5 years of use. In order to improve the self-cleaning properties of PVC, an acrylic resin or a fluorine-containing resin (such as PVDF) is generally coated on the surface of the PVC, or a fluorine-containing film (such as PVF) is stuck on the surface of the PVC. These methods can improve the self-cleaning property of PVC film materials, especially the PVF film (fluorinated ethylene) pasted on the surface can greatly improve the self-cleaning and anti-aging properties of the film material. In addition, in recent years, using titanium oxide photocatalyst surface treatment technology, a titanium dioxide film material with strong self-cleaning and decontaminating effect has been developed.


In addition, the degree of surface pollution of the membrane material also has a great relationship with the tilt angle of the roof. Generally, the larger the angle between the roof and the horizontal plane, the more easily it becomes dirty. If the inclination angle is in the range of 0 ° ~ 45 °, it is not easy to produce rain marks. When the inclination angle exceeds 65 °, rain marks will appear. Generally, the side of the membrane structure is mostly 90 °, and it is difficult to avoid rain marks during use. The evaluation of the self-cleaning property of the film structure parking shed film material is to perform outdoor exposure test on the film material, and then use a spectrophotometer to measure the visible light reflectance of the film material before and after exposure, using the obtained color difference (△ E) to Evaluate. The smaller the color difference is, the better the self-cleaning property is.
