1. Establish a safe and stable aerial work platform in accordance with the construction and installation plan.
Lifting and unfolding of membrane cloth
PVC film cloth, the film cloth is folded from two sides to the middle to form an accordion, and the film cloth is folded from one end to the other or from both ends to the middle to form a lifting piece. The width and length are according to the lifting It needs to be determined that after being hoisted to the aerial work platform, it is towed by using a winch and other equipment. It is first extended in a strip. To prevent hoeing, multiple zip lines should be arranged, and the strip film cloth should be placed on the aerial platform. Tensioners are installed at the cloth border, and the spacing is determined by the size of the membrane unit.
PTFE membrane cloth, unfold the membrane cloth and re-wrap it according to the lifting requirements, place it on a special lifting frame, use a crane to lift the membrane cloth to an aerial work platform on the side of the installation position, and then hang tensioners along the membrane cloth boundary. The size of the film cloth is determined. Stretch the film cloth to the other side and unfold it completely. The film cloth is wound on a steel pipe shaft for hoisting. The steel pipe shaft is provided with a mechanical rotating device. The film cloth is hoisted to the installation position by a crane. By swinging the crane and rotating the steel pipe shaft, the film cloth is gradually placed in the installation position. A high-altitude installation position should be laid with a rope net in advance to place the unfolded film cloth.
Third, unfold the installation attachment on the membrane cloth floor and then hoist it
Unfold the membrane cloth on the ground to install the accessories, use a small hoist to lift (or lift and transfer) the membrane cloth directly below the installation position, and hang hanging points at multiple points along the periphery of the membrane unit. The spacing depends on the size of the membrane cloth.
Precautions
1. Several teams and teams must cooperate closely to coordinate work and unified command when lifting the membrane cloth. Before hoisting, the exact position of the membrane must be determined to ensure a successful hoisting. The high-altitude operator and the crew carry their own tools to help each person at any time to assist in the hoisting and deployment of the membrane unit. After the deployment, a temporary tie of the membrane should be performed. Complete high-altitude connections as fast as possible. During the installation of the membrane cloth, the workload of the day must be arranged so that the membrane cloth installed at the end of the day should be connected. If the membrane cloth is large, the connection cannot be completed on the same day, and temporary and secure connection measures must be taken before the job is completed.
2. When the membrane cloth is hoisted and unfolded, the wind force should not be greater than four.
